How long does shipping take? 

Shipping within Canada will take 2-7 business days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days. If you've ordered a custom piece you will be informed on how long the piece will take, the shipping time will be added to that. Please note that preorders will have specific shipping information listed.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic orders have a shipping flat rate of $8.99. The International shipping flat rate is $12.99.

can i make changes on an order I've already placed?

If your order has been placed but not shipped we can happily make adjustments to the order. Unfortunately, once an item is shipped no changes can be made. When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card. When specifying shipping address information, please be sure to check that the postal/zip code, city and province/state are correct.

what is the return policy?

All returns must be pre-approved by Saviah Maxwell and received within fourteen (14) business days of authorization of the return.  There is a processing fee on returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved.
